About Holo Returns

Holo Returns is a data-first Pokemon content platform. We use data to dig up the next big plays before anyone is talking about them, and to help collectors get ahead of trends and price spikes instead of chasing them.

What we do

Most Pokemon market talk is about what already happened. By the time a card is all over social media, the price has usually moved. We look for the moves that are still early: an era whose PSA 10 slabs are climbing while its booster boxes sit still, a set where boxes are disappearing from the listings, a chase card that keeps selling above where the hype says it should.

It started as a YouTube channel. This site is the written side of the same research: the reports, the guides, the rankings and the market board, all built from the same numbers.

How we work

Sold prices first. Every price is a completed sale, not an asking price. Asking prices can sit far above what anything actually sells for.
Supply matters. Listing counts, sales pace and PSA population show how much is left, and scarcity tends to show in the data before it shows in the headlines.
Lead signals. We line eras, sets and grades up against each other to see what moves first, like slabs that doubled months before their era's boxes did.
Data over hype. Calls come from the numbers, not from what other channels are saying, and each one is stated as ours so you can check it later.
Always sourced. Every figure carries its source. Prices on the site refresh monthly.
